In Solitwork we believe that it is essential to develop each employee’s competences, both professional and personal, and as a part of Solitwork each employee has a great influence for one’s own and Solitworks development.
We have created development frameworks tailored to each employee with the purpose of achieving continuous professional and personal development.
As a new employee at Solitwork you will receive a unique onboarding process that includes understanding current competencies and skills, mentoring and setting achievable goals and ambitions with assistance throughout to assist development.
We are a strong team of specialist who are all driven by our subject matter and the will to perform in the best possible way. We are always inquisitive and have a unique environment for knowledge sharing. Based on our close collaboration within Solitwork all our employees have the opportunity to work across competence areas and to explore and develop different professional perspectives.
Our Social Environment
One of our essential points of focus at Solitwork is that our employees thrive both professionally and personally. We have therefore developed an employee association that arranges social events where we have the opportunity to get to know each other whilst we develop on a professional level as well. Each year there is a Christmas and Summer party and we also have monthly events where we attend to anything from escape rooms and comedy shows to football games.
