We have a support team ready to help you get through any issue you may experience.

We endeavor to help you optimise your solution whilst helping through any challenges that may occur when using our platforms and products:

If you meet any challenges with the solutions – no matter if it is concerning technical or front-end report challenges – our support team is on hand to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Our support team can be contacted every weekday between 8 am - 4 pm.

We have divided our support into two functions:

  • FCC Support
  • XLCubed Support

When contacting FCC Support you will be supported by Morten who has 10 years of experience in working with our different platforms and products.

In XLCubed support Anders is ready to help and train you in your daily use of XLCubed.

When sending an e-mail to our support you will receive a client mail from Zendesk - our support management system. This means that your mail has been received and that we will handle it as soon as possible.
